1. Diploma / Ijazah dalam IT, Rangkaian, Kejuruteraan Komputer, atau setaraf

2. Pengalaman 5 tahun dalam peranan Pusat Data / Infrastruktur / Sokongan IT

3. Pengalaman praktikal dalam:
   - Pemasangan pelayan atau peralatan rangkaian
   - Pengkabelan (fiber & copper)
   - Penyelesaian masalah perkakasan dan penggantian
   - Pengetahuan rangkaian asas (pengalamatan IP, VLAN, port suis)
   - Pengalaman bekerja dengan sistem tiket (cth. ServiceNow)

• Pengalaman praktikal dengan pelayan HPE termasuk DL360, DL380, dan BL460 Gen8 / Gen9 / Gen10

• Penyelesaian masalah praktikal bagi:

- Memori

- Cakera

We are hiring a Data Center Engineer to support server and network infrastructure operations, including rack & stack installation, hardware troubleshooting, cabling, incident response, and data center maintenance. This role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise technologies such as HPE servers, Windows Server, VMware, and network equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Data Center Operations (Hands-On)

• Perform rack & stack installation of servers, switches, and storage equipment

• Install and manage fiber and copper cabling (RJ45, LC, SC connectors)

• Handle server landing (new deployment) and configuration support

• Perform decommissioning (removal of equipment) as required

• Conduct hardware replacement (disk, PSU, cables, modules)

Incident & Troubleshooting Support

• Support server down, network link down, and hardware failure incidents

• Perform onsite troubleshooting:

• Power checks (PDU / rack power)

• Network port and VLAN checks

• Hardware diagnostics via iLO or console access

• Replace faulty components under guidance from remote engineers

• Work with L2/L3 teams to resolve production outages

Service Request Execution

• Install new servers and network devices based on request tickets

• Perform OS reloads, patching, and basic configuration support

• Verify server location, serial number, and asset ownership

• Execute cabling requests and connectivity changes

Dock-to-Rack & Physical Handling

• Receive, unbox, and move IT equipment from dock to data center

• Install equipment into racks according to specifications
