Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

Pleasant personality with good communication skills

Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Team player with a positive working attitude

Experience in F&B or customer service will be an advantage

Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Willing to work in KLCC area

Greet and serve customers in a polite and professional manner

Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service counter

Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth daily operations
