Jobs Kreate is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Restaurant Manager based at Sunway Square Mall. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing the team and maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.

• Lead, schedule and supervise restaurant staff.

• Maintain food quality, cleanliness and customer service standards.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory requirements.

• Support sales targets and cost-control activities.

Requirements

• Open to Malaysian citizens only.

• This is a full-time position. Part-time applications will not be considered.

• Able to lead a restaurant team and manage daily operations.

• Good communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary: RM5000

• Travelling allowance: RM300

• Phone allowance: RM200

• Full attendance allowance: RM150
