• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Electrical, Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, or a related field.

• Experience in electrical works, air conditioning servicing, property maintenance, or a similar role.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general handyman skills is an added advantage.

• Possess good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel between properties.

• Willing to work in Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang (or relocate if required).

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Operation Technician to support the daily operations and maintenance of our co-living properties. This role combines technical maintenance with property operations to ensure our units are well-maintained, move-in ready, and provide an excellent living experience for tenants.

The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, technically skilled, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Property Operations

• Conduct scheduled property inspections to ensure units are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

• Prepare vacant rooms to be move-in ready within the required timeline.

• Coordinate and assist with tenant move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and documentation.

• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed during tenancy-related matters.

Maintenance & Technical Works

• Perform electrical works, including wiring, rewiring, installation of lighting, electrical sockets, switches, and troubleshooting.

• Carry out air conditioning servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and minor repairs.

• Perform general repair and maintenance works within residential units.

• Knowledge of smart meter installation is an added advantage.

Tenant Service

• Serve as the first point of contact for maintenance-related tenant requests and resolve issues promptly.

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive tenant living experience.

• Build good relationships with tenants and support tenant satisfaction and retention.

Reporting & Compliance

• Report maintenance issues and property conditions promptly.

• Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, ethically, and within the required timeline.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
