• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of marketing experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers and business partners).

• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (XHS).

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut, or video editing software is an advantage.

• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Willing to travel occasionally for events, roadshows, or business activities.

Digital Marketing

• Plan, create, and manage content for the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (XHS), etc.).

• Develop creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate sales.

• Manage social media postings, copywriting, and content calendars.

• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance and prepare monthly reports.

• Design basic marketing materials, promotional posters, and short videos.

Marketing & Promotion

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.

• Coordinate with internal departments and business partners to support marketing activities.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

• Assist in organizing exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, and promotional events.

Sales & Business Support

• Work closely with the sales team to support marketing initiatives.

• Prepare marketing presentations, promotional materials, and product information.

• Maintain and update the company's website and marketing databases.

• Perform administrative tasks and any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
