• Minimum 6 months experienc/Internship in finance related role.

• Must possess minimum degree

• Excellent communication, read, write & type in English/Malay/Mandarin languages

* Process & Transaction Management: Standardize and execute high-volume operational tasks (e.g., processing invoices, payroll, employee data management, or vendor onboarding) with high accuracy.

* Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Compile and analyze operational reports to identify trends, backlogs, or inefficiencies.

* Stakeholder Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business partners to resolve queries, troubleshoot system errors, and maintain strong service level agreements (SLAs).

* Compliance & Audit: Ensure all transactions and processes adhere to company policies, local regulations, and internal control standards. Assist with periodic internal and external audits.
