Sepenuh Masa Media Buyer / Performance Marketer Jobs, salary up to MYR 6,000 in Nala Manpower Management Sdn Bhd Petaling Jaya - Maukerja

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Able to work OT if required for campaign launch / urgent optimisation

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 11:00am - 7:00pm

Working Location: Aman Suria, PJ

Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads

Plan and execute TOF / MOF / BOF campaign structure

Monitor daily ad performance including CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, frequency and lead quality

Test different ad creatives, audiences, placements, hooks and campaign objectives

Analyse which ads should be scaled, paused, duplicated or retested

Control campaign budget and make sure ad spending is used effectively

Work closely with content team to request new creatives based on ad performance

Work with sales team to track lead quality, appointment rate and actual sales result

Set up and optimise retargeting campaigns for warm audience and previous leads

Prepare weekly advertising reports with clear insights and next actions

Provide feedback on ad copy, video hook, CTA and customer journey

Improve campaign performance based on real sales result, not only cheap CPL
