Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Min 2 years’ experience in customer service or aesthetic clinic experience is an advantage.

Professional, well-groomed, and patient-focused.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to learn and grow in the field of aesthetic and regenerative medicine.

Willing to travel outstations and work overtime (OT) when required.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.

Conduct preliminary consultations and understand patients' concerns and treatment goals.

Explain treatment plans, procedures, pricing, and aftercare recommendations.

Coordinate appointments, treatment schedules, and follow-up care.

Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures.

Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and documentation.

Maintain accurate patient records and treatment progress.

Build long-term relationships with patients through professional follow-up and care.
