Qualifications​

• ​Technical expertise​ – Mastery in ≥1 core visual skill (e.g., hand-drawing, compositing, motion graphics, 3D).

• Industry experience​ – Prior roles in brand design agencies or large consumer electronics companies preferred.

• Traits​ – Proactive, detail-oriented, fast-learning, and passionate about design innovation.

• ​Soft skills​ – Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Job Responsibilities​

• ​Lead brand visual identity upgrades​ – Optimize existing brand visuals and establish new VIS (Visual Identity System) frameworks.

• ​Drive pre-launch visual direction for online sales​ – Develop design proposals targeting European and American markets, from conceptualization to final execution.

• Define visual standards for online marketing​ – Establish unified brand guidelines for storefront upgrades and ensure cross-platform consistency.

• Support internal/external brand communication​ – Design routine promotional materials and provide art direction for official websites/online operations.

• Develop design strategies and ensure creative quality​ – Propose design roadmaps, guide implementation, and oversee creative output
