Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Experience in construction and maintenance industry would be advantage.

Familiarity with supplier payments, prepayments and claims processing would be advantage.

Experience supporting audit, tax or budget preparation work would be advantage.

Prepare, issue, and verify invoices, debit notes, credit notes, journal vouchers, and other accounting documents.

Record daily financial transactions, collections, receipts, and payments accurately and on time.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and follow up on unusual or outstanding transactions.

Prepare monthly finance reports, including AR ageing, MSD reports, and Bank Guarantee monitoring and utilisation reports.

Support budgeting, tax filing, and audit preparation by preparing schedules, documents, and supporting information.
