Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (also accepts Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5).

Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Accounting and Administrative roles.

Good communication skills in Mandarin.

Proficiency in Accounting softwareandMicrosoft Excel.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Positive working attitude, responsible, self-disciplined, aggressive, and committed to work.

Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (G/L).

Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, official receipts, and debit/credit notes.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in monitoring daily cash flow and collections.

Maintain systematic filing and record-keeping systems for all financial, accounting, and administrative documents.

Assist with monthly closing activities, including updating ageing reports and preparing preliminary financial statements.

Provide administrative support to the finance/accounting department and assist superiors with ad-hoc financial or administrative tasks.

Coordinate and liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers regarding payment status, billing queries, and document verification.

Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, company policies, and basic statutory requirements.
