Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin)

Location: PNG – GBS Mahsuri, Penang, Malaysia

Position: Customer Support Specialist (Local)

Language Requirement: Mandarin (C1 Level) & English

Salary:Up toRM 3,500 (Inclusive of Language Allowance)

Working Hours:

• 24/7 Rotational Shift

• 5 Working Days & 2 Rotational Off Days

Joining: Immediate / ASAP

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through multiple communication channels.

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.

• Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Meet individual and team performance targets while adhering to company policies.

Requirements

• C1 proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory.

• Good command of English (spoken and written).

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Previous Customer Service experience is an added advantage.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
