Full Time HR Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Nala Manpower Management Johor - Maukerja

Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

Minimum 2–3 years HR experience (preferably in F&B / retail multi-outlet environment)

Strong recruitment experience (mass hiring + executive level)

Good knowledge of Employment Act

Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple outlets

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Working days : Monday - Friday (5 days / Week)

Working Hours: 08:30 – 18:00 (Monday – Thursday) ; 08.30-18.30 (Friday)

Working Location: Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru

Manpower planning coordination with HODs

Job posting & sourcing (job portals, social media, referrals, headhunters)

Screening resumes & shortlisting candidates

Conducting interviews (initial screening)

Coordinating second interviews with HOD

Preparing offer letters & employment contracts

Onboarding & induction coordination

Employee Relations & HR Operations

Handle day-to-day HR matters and staff enquiries

Manage employee disciplinary issues and counseling sessions

Assist in performance review coordination

Maintain employee records (leave, attendance, probation confirmation, etc.)

Ensure compliance with local labour law & company policies

Support conflict resolution and staff engagement initiatives

Training & Development

Coordinate internal and external training programs

Maintain training records and employee training matrix

Work with HODs to identify training needs

Organize onboarding training for new hires

Monitor staff certification (if applicable to F&B operations)
