Minimum 3 years of managerial role in Marketing

Required to work on site for shooting

Able to work OT if required for shooting / event / campaign

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 11:00am – 7:00pm

Working Location: Aman Suria, PJ

Lead and manage the marketing team, including content creator, media buyer and videographer/editor

Plan monthly marketing direction, campaign calendar and content strategy

Set clear marketing direction for TOF, MOF and BOF campaigns

Work closely with sales team to improve lead quality, appointment rate and conversion rate

Review daily and weekly performance from ads, content, CRM and sales results

Decide which product angle, campaign or content should be scaled, paused or improved

Plan marketing campaigns for tint, PPF, EV, new car protection and other services

Monitor key marketing KPI including leads, CPL, lead quality, appointment, show-up rate and sales revenue

Analyze market trends, competitor activity and new growth opportunities

Coordinate content production, paid ads, social media posting and sales support materials

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for management review

Ensure brand positioning, content direction and marketing message are consistent across all platforms

Build marketing SOP, reporting system and team workflow to improve department efficiency
