Must hold: DOSH Electrician Certificate + OSHC Safety Passport + CIDB Green Card

3+ years of site TE experience in Malaysia, familiar with DOSH & OSHA site regulations

Proficient in independent TE layout, inspection, insulation/earthing testing, and fault diagnosis

Capable of leading a team, disciplined, and safety-conscious

Experience in project close-out and power-on support for cleaning is preferred

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm

Working Location: Kapar, Selangor

Temporary Electrical (TE) Management: Fully responsible for TE setup, adjustment, retrofitting, inspection, and dismantling at site, living quarters, processing areas, tower cranes, construction hoists, and cranes. Strictly comply with DOSH & OSHA safety standards.

Daily Safety Inspections & Maintenance: Perform daily checks on distribution boxes, cables, earthing systems, and RCDs. Conduct periodic insulation and earth resistance tests. Identify and rectify hazards such as leakage, aging cables, and unauthorized connections, ensuring timely closure.

Team Supervision: Lead electricians and apprentices in daily TE operations. Conduct pre-work safety briefings, oversee work processes, enforce standardized procedures, and control work quality and site discipline.

Equipment & Tool Inventory Management: Manage, maintain, and calibrate TE distribution boxes, cables, accessories, and tools. Control material requisition and consumption to ensure all equipment and tools remain compliant and in good condition.

Safety & Compliance: Implement the "one-machine, one-switch, one-RCD, one-box" standard. Enforce PTW for high-risk activities. Maintain inspection and test records, and support project and regulatory compliance audits.

Power Commissioning: During project energization phase, assist electrical engineers with power-on/off testing, troubleshoot residual faults, and support site cleanup, rectification acceptance, and handover.

Site Hygiene: Supervise the site hygiene team to maintain cleanliness and manage water accumulation.

Emergency Response: Rapidly address sudden outages, short circuits, leakage, and other electrical faults. Implement emergency control measures for electric shock and fire to ensure stable power supply and zero safety incidents.
