Kerja Sepenuh Masa Boilerman, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 + Pampasan Tambahan di CAB Feed Selangor - Maukerja

·       Possess a minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent fields such as Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or Plant Maintenance Technology.

·       Must possess Boilerman Grade 1 certification from DOSH.

·       Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·       Strong knowledge of boiler systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance.

·       Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies.

·       Willingness to work shifts and weekends if required.

·       To perform additional duties, as and when assigned, which are not specified above.

Boiler

·       Responsible for the daily running of the boiler safety. 

·       Responsible for the maintenance of the boiler. 

·       Supervise yearly boiler service and overhaul. Prepare for JKKP’s inspection & necessary agreements. 

·       Supervise daily/weekly boiler maintenance tests by vendor and execute recommendations on chemical dosage. 

·       To carry out T.D.S. and hardness test daily. 

·       Maintain and update boiler logbook & daily work progress daily. 

·       Responsible for the housekeeping of boiler room and air compressor system. 

·       Responsible for daily maintenance requirements of air compressor and air dryer. 

·       Check oil level of air compressor daily. 

Maintenance

·       Assist in troubleshooting machinery breakdown. 

·       Assign maintenance personnel according to priority. 

·       Minimize downtime effect on production through rescheduling.
