• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Materials Planning, Procurement, Program Management, or a related function.

• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and supply chain processes.

• Experience in forecast planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing, EMS, or distribution industry will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Executive to support supply chain and program management operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer forecasts, purchase orders, inventory planning, supplier coordination, and program execution to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive business performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer purchase orders, forecasts, and delivery schedules.

• Review and respond to PO confirmations, reschedule reports, and shipment requirements.

• Analyze customer demand forecasts and plan procurement activities using MRP concepts.

• Monitor inventory levels, aging inventory, and supply-demand alignment.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth program execution.

• Support product lifecycle management activities, including new product introduction, EOL management, model changes, and part transitions.

• Manage consignment programs, including billing and inventory consumption tracking.

• Monitor forecast accuracy and conduct regular reviews with customers to identify improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with suppliers to address supply chain challenges and improve operational performance.

• Prepare reports and provide analysis to support business decisions and customer requirements.
