Full Time Finance Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 12,000 in Nala Manpower Management Johor - Maukerja

At least 2-3 years working experience as a Finance Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory exposure

Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA) are an added advantage

At least 2 years of extensive usage of any ERP software in a manufacturing environment

Good interpersonal skills and strong verbal, reading & writing skills in order to communicate independently with both internal and external parties

Working day Mon - Fri

Working hours 8am to 5pm

Working location: Iskandar Puteri, JB

Oversee and manage all accounting operations including AR/ AP/ GL/ job costing /operational projects

Manage cash flow and carry out timely highlights to the senior management

Review and analyse monthly financials for submission to the management

Work with banks and financial institutions for financing requirements

Actively work with the HODs daily with respect to manufacturing costs through the extensive usage of the ERP system to analyse financial performance, efficiency and productivity trends, as well as highlight variances

Lead the annual budget exercise and monthly forecasts with the HODs and management

Ensure the Company is in compliance with regulatory requirements e.g audit, tax, filing, company law, employment law, import and export tax, customs declarations etc.

Review payroll computation and be hands-on recruitment requirements

Maintain the group personnel and general insurances

Drive for continuous improvement for both Finance and HR procedures
