• Degree/ Certificate in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in commercial environment

• Good understanding of accounting standards, taxation and statutory requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Accounting Software (e.g. SQL)

• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and discretion in the handling of financial and Company information

• Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through on commitments

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE – FINANCE OPERATIONS who is organised, dependable and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely and high-quality work. This role supports the day-to-day accounting & finance functions while working closely with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

• Handle day-to-day finance & accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions

• Prepare bank, balance sheet and inter-company reconciliations and analysis

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial reports and supporting schedules

• Support cash flow monitoring, credit control and routine finance transactions

• Assist with statutory audits, tax compliance and regulatory submissions

• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents, customers, suppliers and other external parties, including resolving account discrepancies

• Ensure accounting records, practices, controls and finance processes are maintained accurately and in accordance with Company policies and statutory requirements

• Support the development, implementation and enforcement of financial policies, procedures and internal controls in compliance with laws and regulations, with continuous assessment and improvement of processes

• Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation

• Provide guidance and support to other team members where appropriate, while promoting accuracy, accountability and professionalism

• Follow up proactively on outstanding finance matters to ensure timely completion and resolution

• Perform any other duties and ad-hoc assignments required by Management
