• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Internal Audit, or any related field.

• Internship placement is required as part of the academic curriculum.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of other relevant software is an added advantage.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the assigned department with daily operations and administrative tasks.

• Support ongoing projects and contribute to departmental initiatives.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and reports.

• Conduct research, data collection, and data analysis when required.

• Participate in meetings, discussions, and team activities.

• Collaborate effectively with team members across departments.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
