• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Min 2 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in the engineering and construction company

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, organized, able to work under pressure, and highly analytical.

• Working Hours: 9am ~6pm (Mon - Fri)

• Working Location: Kapar, Selangor

Job Summary

HR Associate (TA) will drive end-to-end recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and hire top-tier engineering talent (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, and other Engineers) to meet organizational growth goals. This role requires proactive sourcing, deep technical understanding, and the ability to build strong, long-term talent pipelines in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process for engineering roles, including job posting, CV screening, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define job criteria, and align on hiring strategies.

• Promote the company as a preferred employer to engineering professionals through networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences.

• Maintain HR data integrity, track key hiring metrics and improve candidate experience.

• Conduct initial technical screenings to evaluate candidate proficiency before presenting to engineering leadership.
