Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic injection moulding (6 years or more is an advantage).

Strong knowledge of injection moulding machine operations and process troubleshooting.

Able to read and follow work instructions and SOPs.

Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Set and optimise moulding process parameters, including temperature, pressure, injection speed, holding pressure, and cooling time.

Monitor production performance and product quality.

Troubleshoot defects such as flashing, short shots, warpage, and sink marks.

Perform mould changeovers with minimal production downtime.

Record and maintain machine settings, production data, and process parameters.

Work closely with the Production and Quality teams to resolve technical issues.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and quality management system requirements.

Operate or support robotic systems where applicable (preferred but not mandatory).
