Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations, training, performance management, HR compliance, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate is able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirement:
Education Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong learning ability and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Good understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations.
Familiar with payroll administration and statutory submissions.
Knowledge of HRMS and payroll systems is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
Conduct employee orientation and induction programmes.
HR Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR documentation.
Administer attendance, leave, overtime, and absenteeism records.
Manage employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations, and exit procedures.
Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain personnel files.
Payroll & Statutory Administration
Prepare monthly payroll information and coordinate payroll processing.
Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, and employee claims.
Ensure the timely and accurate submission of statutory contributions, including:
EPF (KWSP)
SOCSO (PERKESO)
EIS
PCB (Income Tax)
Employee Relations
Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture.
Handle employee enquiries professionally and confidentially.
Support disciplinary actions and grievance handling in accordance with company policies and Malaysian labour laws.
Organise employee welfare programmes and company events.
Training & Performance Management
Coordinate employee training and development programmes.
Maintain training records and competency matrices.
Support probation evaluations and annual performance appraisals.
Assist department managers in identifying training and development needs.
Compliance & ISO Support
Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Occupational Safety and Health regulations, and other applicable legislation.
Support internal, external, customer, and ISO audits involving HR documentation.
Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook.
General Administration
Manage general office administration and employee documentation.
Coordinate foreign worker permit applications and renewals, where applicable.
Support company certification activities and ISO documentation.
Perform any other HR or administrative duties assigned by Management.
