SPM, UEC, STPM or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.

Experience in the logistics industry will be an advantage; candidates with relevant customer service experience may also be considered.

Proficient in basic computer applications.

Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for daily work requirements.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented, patient, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work independently and handle time-sensitive operational matters.

Coordinate and follow up on daily cargo delivery schedules.

Arrange container movements and related logistics activities.

Communicate with customers, drivers, and relevant operational teams regarding delivery arrangements.

Monitor shipment and delivery status and provide timely updates.

Handle customer enquiries and assist with logistics-related issues.

Maintain accurate records and update relevant logistics information in the system.

Assist with general customer service and administrative duties.

Perform other logistics coordination duties as assigned.
