SPM, UEC, STPM or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.

Experience in industrial supplies, hardware tools, warehouse equipment, logistics equipment, racking systems, construction materials or engineering products will be an advantage.

Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin for work-related and customer interactions.

Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

Sales-driven and comfortable with outdoor sales and regular customer visits.

Own transportation is required for customer visits and sales activities.

Develop new customers and expand the company’s industrial product market.

Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Promote industrial products including hardware tools, warehouse equipment and storage systems, material handling equipment, MRO maintenance supplies and other industrial products.

Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and follow up on orders.

Coordinate with internal sales, warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Follow up on sales opportunities and provide appropriate after-sales support.
