Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

Familiar with AutoCAD.

Able to communicate effectively in English for work-related matters.

Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.

Able to manage multiple project-related tasks and follow up independently.

Handle customer enquiries and project-related communications.

Prepare quotations and follow up on customer feedback.

Liaise with overseas suppliers on pricing, drawings and production arrangements.

Arrange and monitor delivery and installation schedules.

Follow up on project progress to ensure timely completion.

Liaise with architects, main contractors and other relevant project stakeholders.

Maintain project documentation, records and related administrative files.

Perform other project coordination duties as assigned by management.
