SPM, UEC, STPM or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.

Good command of English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with relevant customers and business partners.

Able to communicate professionally with customers via email, WhatsApp and phone calls.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Sales-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.

Promote and sell the company’s products to customers.

Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp and in-store interactions.

Develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.

Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, orders and sales matters.

Provide relevant product information and recommendations based on customers’ requirements.

Assist with general sales administration and documentation.

Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
