This role focuses heavily on sound system design, tuning, installation, and commissioning—while also supporting pre-sales activities such as proposing sound solutions, preparing documentation, and delivering technical presentations. You will be involved from the early concept stage to project completion, serving as the go-to sound expert for both internal teams and clients, ensuring high-quality audio performance across all installations and events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Engineering & Installation
Design, configure, install, and commission AV and sound systems for commercial, residential, and institutional projects.
Set up microphones, mixers, amplifiers, speakers, PA systems, LED screens, displays, video walls, and video-conferencing systems.
Integrate AV systems with ELV systems (CCTV, access control, automation).
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and optimization.
Prepare wiring diagrams, layout drawings, technical documentation, and reports.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and MEP/ELV partners during installation.
Provide on-site support during commissioning, handover, and post-installation.
Manage and maintain AV equipment inventory and conduct periodic system inspections.
2. Pre-Sales & Client Solutioning

Deliver product demos, technical presentations, and solution briefings to clients.
Provide technical consultation to sales teams, architects, consultants, and end-users.
