Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing activities across digital and offline channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns run smoothly, content is delivered on time, and brand communications are consistent.

Job Requirements

• Candidates possessing a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline will have an added advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking vendors and clients.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM sharp, No OT required.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries.

• Input orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

• Build and maintain quality relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.

• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related matters.

• Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategies.

• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and coordination.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
