Job Description
Requirements
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or above with a minimum of 2 years of working experience.
- Experience in quality management with knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS). Familiarity with quality management tools and basic statistical methods is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to prepare quality reports independently.
- Good command of written and reading English, with the ability to prepare reports in English.
- Willing to work overtime and adapt to flexible working schedules. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
- Experience in the optical communications industry or overseas study experience will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of the company's Quality Management System (QMS), including outsourced factories. Establish product inspection standards and conduct regular on-site audits to ensure the effective operation of the QMS.
- Implement product quality control plans and drive effective quality control throughout the production process.
- Participate in quality analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions while promoting quality prevention measures.
- Lead the investigation and resolution of internal and external quality issues, and prepare comprehensive quality reports.
- Support customer factory audits, including audits at outsourced factories. Assist in task coordination, corrective action implementation, and non-conformance resolution to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
