Experience with Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, or similar middleware.

Good understanding of distributed transactions, distributed locks, cache consistency, idempotency, and reliable messaging.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSocket, RPC, JWT, and OAuth 2.0.

Experience with Linux, Nginx, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, code review, and agile development practices.

Proven experience designing high-concurrency, highly available, and data-intensive systems.

Strong system-analysis, troubleshooting, and production-incident response skills.

Strong technical documentation, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English.

Design and continuously improve the overall architecture of the company’s core business systems.

Translate product and business requirements into system layers, service modules, and executable technical solutions.

Lead technology selection for the Java backend ecosystem, microservices, middleware, databases, and infrastructure.

Design highly available, high-performance, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.

Develop and maintain core services, shared components, internal frameworks, and technology platforms.

Participate in complex business modelling, domain modelling, API design, and database architecture.

Implement microservice governance, including service discovery, configuration management, rate limiting, circuit breaking, fallback, and degradation strategies.

Conduct performance analysis, capacity planning, load testing, and system bottleneck optimisation.

Establish logging, monitoring, distributed tracing, alerting, disaster recovery, and incident-response mechanisms.

Design authentication, authorisation, data protection, API security, and system risk-control solutions.

Review critical requirements, technical proposals, system designs, database structures, and core code.

Resolve major production incidents and complex technical issues.

Establish and promote engineering standards, coding conventions, release procedures, and technical documentation.

Mentor senior, mid-level, and junior developers and improve the team’s overall technical capabilities.

Participate in technical recruitment, talent development, and interviews for key engineering positions.

Work closely with product, frontend, QA, DevOps, and management teams.
