Required Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance and Test Automation experience.

• Strong experience with automation tools such as: Selenium, Playwright, Appium

• Exposure to one or more programming languages: Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript.

Additional Details:

• Salary Range: Up to RM9,300/month.

• Contract Duration: 12 Months (with potential of extension/conversion).

• Location: Jalan Tun Sambathan, Kuala Lumpur.

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 40 hours spread over 5 working days.

We are looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of AI-enabled digital products delivered by the AI Factory Squad. This role will be responsible for developing automated testing frameworks, validating AI-driven functionalities, and implementing quality engineering practices across the software delivery lifecycle. The successful candidate will have expertise in both traditional test automation and emerging AI testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Strategy & Quality Engineering

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for digital and AI-enabled solutions.

• Develop automated test frameworks and reusable test assets.

• Establish quality gates and testing standards across squad deliveries.

2. Automation Testing

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts.

• Implement regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end test suites.

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

3. AI Solution Testing

• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, relevance, and safety.

• Develop testing approaches for: GenAI applications, Copilots, Chatbots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions

• Evaluate AI model responses against predefined business outcomes.

• Identify hallucinations, bias, data leakage, and reliability risks.

• Support Responsible AI and AI governance compliance activities.

3. Performance & Security Testing

• Conduct API, performance, and load testing.

• Validate security and privacy requirements to ensure compliance with enterprise quality standards

4. Agile Collaboration

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.

• Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and AI Engineers.

• Support root cause analysis and defect triage activities.
