Minimum SPM or above

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales or e-commerce preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Proficient in WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu (RED)

Experience handling social media enquiries and sales conversion is an advantage

Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or Shopify backend systems is preferred

Fast typing speed and ability to handle high volumes of enquiries

Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsible, patient and sales-oriented mindset

Interest in health, wellness or supplement products is a plus

Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment

Respond to enquiries generated through Facebook Ads and Xiaohongshu (RED)

Engage customers via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and RED to answer product enquiries and close sales

Manage the full order process including payment verification and delivery arrangements

Handle after-sales support such as shipment tracking, returns and customer complaints

Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases

Maintain daily sales records and achieve individual and team KPIs

Support online campaigns and promotional activities

Manage customer communities and increase engagement levels

Guide new members and maintain customer relationships
