Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Internal Sales & Admin Assistant to support the sales team in driving daily sales operations. This role is responsible for sales quotations, order processing, billing, purchasing coordination, inventory support, and delivery scheduling, ensuring smooth end-to-end sales fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in developing a career in sales operations and coordination. Full training will be provided.

Requirement

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or any related fields

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel knowledge is essential)

• Knowledge of SQL Accounting software will be an added advantage but not compulsory

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills

• Responsible attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• Office hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm

• Office-based role in Bandar Puchong Utama, Puchong, Selangor

• Prepare and issue sales quotations and related documentation

• Process sales orders and ensure proper filing and record-keeping

• Prepare invoices, billing documents, and assist in accounts documentation

• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and inventory records

• Support purchasing activities, including preparation of purchase documents

• Coordinate goods receiving and delivery schedules

• Handle administrative enquiries related to orders, billing, and deliveries

• Monitor inventory movement and assist with stock records

• Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and audit requirements

• Exposure to full sales cycle operations
