Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

• Working Hours: Shift.

• Mandarin proficiency is preferred due to business requirements.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service and sales-oriented.

• Responsible, positive attitude, and a team player.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.

• Work with the team to meet sales targets.

• Stay updated on product features, knowledge, and benefits.

• Answer customer inquiries and handle any issues promptly.

• Process purchases (POS) accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor inventory and restock products as needed.

• Maintain attractive product displays.

• Ensure a clean and organized shopping environment.

• Perform any ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
