Kelayakan

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in bridge construction, specifically with segment launching or heavy lifting operations.
Familiarity with rail transit infrastructure or massive civil engineering projects is highly advantageous.
Able to read and interpret complex structural and engineering drawings.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage on-site subcontractors

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and supervise site operations for bridge construction, focusing on girder launching, segment assembly, and precast concrete installations.
Review and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), method statements, and lifting plans safely.
Coordinate closely with the lifting crew, safety officers, and site supervisors during high-risk launching operations.
Monitor construction progress, troubleshoot technical on-site issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Conduct inspections and maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and structural survey data.
