Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project-based sales, preferably within the office furniture, commercial interiors, fit-out, or related industry.

Proven experience managing the full project sales cycle, from business development and client acquisition to quotation, negotiation, and project closure.

Strong experience engaging with Interior Designers (IDs), Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Main Contractors, or corporate clients.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to business communication requirements.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and possesses a strong hunter mentality.

Identify and develop new project sales opportunities by building relationships with Interior Designers, PMCs, Main Contractors, and corporate clients.

Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, proposal preparation, quotation, negotiation, and project closing.

Understand clients' project requirements and recommend suitable office furniture and workspace solutions.

Conduct site visits and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Monitor project progress, maintain client relationships, and identify new market opportunities to achieve sales targets.
