Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, accounting or related field    

  • 2-3 years working experiences in debt collection  

  • Proficient in required language – Bahasa Malaysia / English 

  • Familiar with computer operating system and office software; excel, power point etc.

  • Good negotiation skills and able to work under pressure 

  • High level of integrity and honesty

  • Self-driven, proactive and able to work well in a fast-paced environment 

Tanggungjawab

  • Perform collection activity for inbound / outbound and negotiate payments for past due cases including email,letter and SMS     

  • Attention to detail, manage the complaint with empathy and escalate to relevant area for solutions 

  • Prepare daily tracking of performance report 

  • Strictly adheres to applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures

  • Other duties as assigned by the superior
