Kontrak Quality Inspector Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,300 in PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd Pasir Gudang - Maukerja

Allowances: Transportation RM200 & Meal RM120

Working days: 4 days work, 1 day Off, 1 Rest day (4-2)

Working hours: 7am/pm - 7pm/am (11 hours of work + 1 hour OT)

- Off day & Rest day (First 11 hour is 1.5 rate/hour, After 11 hours is 2.0 rate/hour)

- Public Holiday (First 11 hour is 2.0 rate/hour, After 11 hours is 3.0 rate/hour)

- Sunday (First 11 hour is 1.5 rate/hour, After 11 hours is 1.5 rate/hour)

Requirement:

* Preferably Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

* Fresh graduate with diploma or 1 year experience in an industrial environment.

* Possess CSWIP, PCN, or ASNT is an added advantage.

* Meticulous in carrying out inspections and testing.

* Understands the quality concepts in a manufacturing environment.

* Ability to lead or participate in any quality initiatives.

* Committed and dedicated to assigned activities by the company.

* A team player & ability to work on shift pattern.

* Able to speak and write in English.

- Establish quality or traceability records.

- Perform basic investigations and immediate fixes to quality issues comprising of 5 WHY, 4M1H, Root Cause - Analysis, Corrective & preventive Actions.

- Accurately perform dimensional measurements; NCT.

- Perform test according to the quality plan and applicable procedure.

- Report deviation from specified criteria and analysis immediate causes.

- Record traceability of material and equipment used as part of the manufacturing process.

- Generate Quality Event Record (QER) and Defect Report.

- To promote the communication & sharing of experiences & knowledge among plants.
