Elaun Night Shift RM 10/day

Elaun transport RM 4/day

Elaun Morning Shift RM 3.50/day

⏳ OT: candidate may ask during interview session

Working days :4day work 2 off day / 5day work 2 off day

⏰ Working hours :

Normal shift

8.30am-6pm (Mon-Thu)

8.30am-5pm (Fri)

8.00am-6pm (Friday Prayer)

solat jumaat 12.30pm-2.30pm

Shift

8am-5.45pm (day)

8am-7pm (Friday Prayer)

Solat 12.30pm-2.30pm

8pm-5.45am (night)

Break 5.45-6.30 (am/pm)

If it will start 6.30-8 (am/pm)

⏳ Shift patern :   4 day shift, 2 offday, 4 night shift, 2 offday

Requirements:

- Minimum Certificate SKM3 / Diploma in Engineering or related field

- Experience in facilities maintenance is an advantage

- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical or HVAC systems

- Able to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repair work

- Physically fit and able to work in a technical environment

- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently

- Willing to work overtime or on standby if required

- Have PW 1-4 and Chargeman AO4 is encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities

- Troubleshoot and repair systems such as:

- Electrical

- Air-conditioning (HVAC)

- Plumbing

- Mechanical systems

- Conduct regular inspection to ensure facilities are in good condition

- Monitor and record maintenance activities

- Liaise with external vendors and contractors when required

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures

- Support day-to-day operations and emergency maintenance issues
