About This Role

If you’re someone who enjoys analysing ads, keeps up with TikTok and Xiaohongshu trends, and has a passion for beauty and skincare, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re not just looking for someone to manage ads. We’re looking for someone who enjoys both creativity and performance marketing.

Besides running Meta, Shopee and Lazada campaigns, you’ll also be involved in campaign planning, creative direction, KOL collaborations and growing Japanese and Taiwanese brands in the Malaysian market.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience managing Meta Ads.
• Fluent Mandarin is required for communication with clients and directors.
-Able to independently manage campaigns, ad sets and optimisation
• Experience with Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads or TikTok Shop Ads is an advantage
• Passionate about beauty, skincare and branding
• Good eye for creative content and social media trends
• Familiar with Canva; Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro or CapCut is a plus
• Proactive, organised and able to work well in a team

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
5-day work week

Job Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Plan, manage and optimise Meta, Shopee and Lazada advertising campaigns

• Support monthly promotional campaigns and Mega Campaigns

• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and recommend optimisation strategies

Creative & Content

• Plan creative directions for advertising campaigns together with designers and content creators

• Contribute ideas for ad copies, short-form videos and campaign concepts

• Stay updated with the latest trends on Meta, TikTok and Xiaohongshu

Brand Marketing

• Coordinate KOL collaborations and marketing campaigns

• Support product launches and monthly marketing activities

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency across all campaigns
