Minimum secondary school qualification or equivalent.

Valid driving license with a clean driving record.

At least 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably driving company executives.

Familiarity with local roads, highways, and navigation applications.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.

Physically fit and able to work flexible hours.

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an advantage.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

No criminal record.

Safely transport company executives, staff, and guests to meetings, appointments, and other destinations.

Plan routes efficiently, taking traffic and weather conditions into consideration.

Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to schedules.

Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of assigned company vehicles.

Conduct routine vehicle inspections and arrange for servicing, repairs, and maintenance when required.

Monitor vehicle documentation, including road tax, insurance, and maintenance records, ensuring they remain current.

Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and travel logs.

Assist with company errands, including document collection, deliveries, banking, and other administrative transportation tasks.

Observe all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Report any accidents, vehicle issues, or incidents promptly to management.
