• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant working experience are also welcomed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin.

• Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
• Maintain company records, filing systems and office administration.
• Coordinate office facilities, supplies, vendors and service providers.
• Support management with administrative projects and cross-functional coordination.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration.
• Maintain employee records and support attendance, leave, payroll preparation and staff activities.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
