Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

   • Oversee the daily operations of all departments outlets to ensure efficiency and productivity.

   • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline processes and enhance operational performance.

   • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to identify areas for improvement and operational bottlenecks.

2. Team Leadership & Staff Management:

   • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and teams to achieve business objectives.

   • Ensure that teams are adequately trained and equipped to perform their roles efficiently.

   • Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to staff to foster a high-performance culture.

   • Ensure effective communication between departments and promote a collaborative work environment.

3. Budgeting & Financial Management:

   • Develop and manage the operational budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.

   • Monitor and control operating costs, implement cost-saving initiatives, and identify opportunities for financial improvement.

   • Work closely with the finance team to ensure financial goals are met and operating expenses are within budget.

4. Process Improvement & Efficiency:

   • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of operations.

   • Evaluate current systems and workflows, recommending and implementing changes to improve operational efficiency.

   • Use technology and automation to streamline processes where possible.

5. Quality Control & Compliance:

   • Ensure that all operations adhere to internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

   • Oversee quality control measures across various departments to ensure the company’s products/services meet high standards.

   • Manage audits, inspections, and compliance checks to meet industry regulations.

6. Customer Service & Satisfaction:

   • Work closely with customer service teams to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.

   • Develop and monitor customer satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for service improvement.

   • Address escalated customer issues and work toward resolution with a focus on maintaining customer loyalty.

7. Supply Chain & Inventory Management:

   • Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that stock is managed efficiently and that orders are processed in a timely manner.

   • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and supply chain efficiency.

   • Monitor the logistics of goods or services, ensuring timely delivery to meet business needs.

8. Reporting & Analysis:

   • Prepare regular operational reports for senior management, including progress towards goals, KPIs, and areas of concern.

   • Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend strategies for improvement.

   • Present findings to senior leadership and make recommendations for process or strategic changes.

9. Strategic Planning & Growth:

   • Contribute to the development of the company’s long-term strategic plans and ensure operational alignment with these objectives.

   • Identify new growth opportunities, assess market trends, and implement strategies to expand the business.

   • Collaborate with senior management to drive the company’s vision and business objectives forward.

Requirements:

1. Education:

   • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or other relevant certifications is a plus).

2. Experience:

   • At least 5-7 years of experience in operations management or a related leadership role.

   • Proven experience in managing large teams and overseeing complex operations.

   • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial management is essential.

3. Skills:

   • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.

   • Solid understanding of business operations, supply chain management, and process optimization.

   • Ability to analyze operational data, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.

   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledge of operational software (e.g., ERP systems).

4. Personal Attributes:
