Food & Beverage Branch Manager
Lead the Team, drive operational excellence, achieve business goals, and ensure every guest experiences the authentic Grandma Tea standard of quality and service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Management
- Oversee the entire branch/ outlet operation during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure all employees comply with company SOPs, grooming, and uniform standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development of restaurant employees.
- Plan and supervise daily work schedules for kitchen, service, and cleaning teams.
Quality, Safety & Inventory
- Maintain high standards of food beverages quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of stocks and supplies.
- Manage cash handling procedures, petty cash, and daily closing activities.
- Provide operational support in any area of the restaurant whenever required to ensure business continuity.
Inventory & Procurement Management
- Establish and maintain effective inventory management and stock control systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Monitor stock movement and investigate inventory variances.
- Minimise wastage, spoilage, and pilferage through effective controls.
- Ensure optimum stock levels are maintained to support business operations.
- Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to obtain the best value and quality.
- Monitor purchasing activities to ensure compliance with approved budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar positions in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar role.
- SPM or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
