Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

Minimum 2 years of experience in CDD, KYC, AML, Compliance, Pre-Qualification, Finance, Accounting, or related fields

Professional certifications such as ACAMS or ICA will be an added advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, Data Analysis)

Detail-oriented with a proactive and dynamic mindset

Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance

Support counterparty database review and data quality improvement initiatives

Perform data validation, cleansing, and remediation activities to ensure accuracy and integrity of records

Support Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Pre-Qualification processes in line with policies and procedures

Identify and address data gaps, inconsistencies, and compliance-related issues

Support audit action closures and control activities for CDD tools and processes

Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth while maintaining strong risk management standards
