Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health, or SHO Certificate (NIOSH)

Registered with DOSH with Green Book holders

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

Experience in service operations or collaborative work environments

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities

Familiar with ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

Keeps up to date with ESH standards, legal requirements, and best practices

Ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and ESH Management Systems

Coordinating and monitoring compliance with Group and company HSE policies, strategies, and expectations

Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly HSE performance reports for management and client review

Conducting site inspections and preparing reports, including corrective and preventive action plans

Monitoring high‑risk activities such as lifting operations, work at height, hot work, and confined space entry

Leading and participating in HSE meetings, RAMS workshops, site walks, and committee activities

Organising HSE programs and promoting a strong safety culture (Toolbox Talks, Take 5, JSEA, RAMS, LSC, etc.)

Ensuring contractors and subcontractors comply with site HSE requirements at all times

Conducting incident investigations and ensuring timely closure of corrective actions

Managing and implementing Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans at project sites
