• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement

• Proven experience managing end-to-end sourcing activities including RFQs, bid evaluations, supplier selection, and purchase order execution

• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, or similar sourcing and procurement platforms

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Willingness to travel and work from customer sites in Kerteh as required

• Experience within Oil & Gas, OEMs, EPC Contractors, Oilfield Services, or Multinational Industrial Organizations

• Professional certifications such as CIPS or ISM are an added advantage

• Driving license preferred

• Leading development and execution of sourcing strategies across assigned categories.

• Driving establishment of long-term contracts (LTAs) and framework agreements with key suppliers.

• Managing end-to-end sourcing lifecycle including RFQs, bid evaluations, and supplier selection.

• Executing Purchase Order (PO) placement in alignment with negotiated terms, project requirements, and procurement policies.

• Negotiating complex commercial terms, pricing structures, and contract conditions.

• Identifying strategic suppliers and developing partnerships to improve value and performance.

• Analyzing spend and market trends to identify cost-saving and consolidation opportunities.

• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, legal standards, and contractual governance.

• Collaborating with engineering, operations, and project stakeholders to align technical and commercial requirements.

• Monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proactively managing supply risks and developing mitigation strategies.
