• Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, logistics, project coordination, project management, engineering support, or related fields

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Experience using Oracle, SAP, and/or SAP Ariba is highly preferred

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Preferred Experience

• Logistics and shipment coordination

• Project management or technical support experience

• Shared Services environment exposure

• Experience handling customer and stakeholder communications

• Support the CPM Team with daily operational and project administration activities

• Track and monitor parts, shipments, and related documentation

• Prepare and manage shipment documents and follow up on delivery status

• Submit service confirmations and support invoicing activities

• Compile timesheet information and charge summaries

• Prepare, organize, and maintain project-related documentation

• Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders

• Maintain standardized project tools, records, and processes

• Coordinate project-related administrative matters to ensure smooth execution
