Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Relevant industry certifications are an advantage.

2-5 years of experience in digital printing, commercial printing, or print production.

Experience operating digital printers such as HP Indigo, Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Konica Minolta, Epson, Roland, or similar equipment is preferred.

Operate and monitor digital printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials.

Knowledge of digital printing workflows and print production processes.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).

Prepare, inspect, and process customer artwork and print files before production.

Perform color calibration and ensure accurate color consistency across print jobs.

Conduct routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.

Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments during production.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Manage production schedules to ensure jobs are completed on time.

Maintain inventory of printing materials, inks, paper, and consumables.

Collaborate with sales, customer service, designers, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized production environment.

Record production data, machine performance, and maintenance activities.

Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve print quality.
